Need Help !!!

not sure whats wrong with me just felt unwell went to bed started feeling weird in a way ive never felt so im now up on computer i was itchy onthe right sideofmy head andit panicked meabit now im in a panick whats wrong with meno palps as of yet but anxiety is well up and nausious

Sounds like anxiety, drink some water, and stay distracted...

Anxiety can make you feel weird.
Maybe you've a bit of an upset tummy.
Drink some water, I also find at night it seems to help if I can go to a cold room or go outside for some cold air. Not sure why bit it seems to chill me out a bit : )

The worrying about random random symptoms is just anxiety, it does not mean anything is wrong.
Anxiety causes symptoms as well as heightens your awareness of them and you can attach fears and scary thoughts to the symptoms too.

okay i know this sounds werid but if i get up and do jumping jacks it helps bc it makes me realize that physically im fine

I have shooting pains ln both arms not sure what it is its like a throbbing shooting. Pain I hate it any ideas ?????
