Forgot to take it this morning?!

I'm in work now until 5pm and I usually take it in the morning.

Is this going to affect me badly? I'm worried that I might be in for a rough day at work because I forgot to take my citalopram before leaving the house.

I think these tablets have quite a long life in that the chemical stays in your system quite a long time. that's what a pharmacist told me about sertraline so try not to worry!

Vicky is right - they stay in your system a long time so you wont have any adverse effects

You should be fine. I find it helps me to set daily reminders on my computer (i use a program called ReminderFox for this). Or you could set an alert on your mobile phone to remind you.

Thanks for your advice guys, I was sneaking on the forum in work and reading replies, which made me feel calmer, and the day turned out alright in the end. :)
