Have had a pain in my head for a year now and it won't go away. Some times it goes away for a day or two but always comes back.
Its located above the ear and is like a dull but piercing type of pain. Its really hard to do anything with it and it makes me dizzy. I have had a C.T scan of the brain which was normal so don't know what it could be.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks
Find it hard not to worry about it when its there the whole time

It could be tension or even dehydration.

What have the doctor's suggested it is?

I don't think they know but they don't seem too worried but I am. Its there for a year now, I just don't get it.

I don't eat as much as I used to but I still eat so I don't know if that could have something to do with it

It could be diet related yes.

You could try seeing an ostepoath as well. They can see if something in your neck or back could be causing the headaches.
