I have had to come off Citalopram due to bad side effects and my doctor has changed me to Sertraline she said it is ok to cut it in half but on most of the threads it seems to cause sleeping problems and that in it self will make me more anxious any feed back if that is true as l slept very well on Citralopram and l'm frightened to start taking it.
