no, it was something the doctor briefly mentioned to me yesterday, i havnt and wont google it... she said its nothing serious but to go back in 4 weeks as she also upped my cit to 20mg.

I understand that it's when you have neurological symptoms, but there is no physical cause... in the same way that IBS is a functional bowel disorder - there are symptoms but no physical cause (disease etc.).
So it's definitely nothing to worry about. Hope this helps.

I think I have this too, it's when you get all the symptoms but there is actually nothing wrong with you at all. So it's nothing to worry about.

its like a somatic disorder
symptoms of no found origin !
usually diagnosed once all adequate testing and monitoring has been done and no abnormal results obtained
