I hope that people who read this can feel the same asap
I have suffered from panic attacks, heart palpitations, nausea, dizzyness, headaches, depression the list is endless over the past 3 years. This all began from one panic attack and developed from there.
About 3 weeks ago i had an appointment with a physio due to a neck problem i have had. He explained i had a trapped nerve which has caused some of the symptoms of anxiety because i didnt realise and it had got worse. Since that one moment he told me that my anxiety went/vanished/out of the window lol. And i am now back to the person before all this happened. I know that everyone may not have a trapped nerve but after the hell i have been through with all the things i have felt and thought anxeity CAN be cured!
When i think about it now i cant understand how i became that person and i 100% know im never going to be like that again!
I just wanted to give you ALL that HOPE you can get better ;)
