panicing. please help

I was sitting at my computer and my heart randomly started pounding and i felt it with my hand and it did a flip flop palpitation and then went back to normal. now im feeling a bit nauseated and I don't want to die, i'm scared of death and i feel like somethings severely wrong with my heart, can someone please help.

You will not die it just FEELS bad. Your adrenalin is running high. Look on the sidebar and go to self help or panic attacks, it will help you understand what is happening to your body and how to handle the feelings. You will be OK if you breath slow and into your belly it will release serotonin and help calm you down , get a drink and do something you to take your mind away from the thoughts. Hope it helps ,I know how terrible these feelings are. HUGS
