Hello again.
for some days I'm experiencing a new symptom which I'm not sure how to describe. Since english is not my first language, probably my understanding of terms like numbness it's not correct.

I have a strange feeling like my middle toe in the left leg. I would not call it numb, because my understanding is that numb means you don't feel it if prick yourself or do something similar. On the other hand it seems kind of like the toe is not there. However if I prick it I have the normal sensation. Also I can move it normally...so I'm not sure what it is...there's no pain...just a feeling of "reduced sensation" or like the toe is not there.

Anyone with something similar? If yes, what's the name for it?

Thank you

Hello Matrix,

Not sure what this is called but I know it is common for people with anxiety to get a sort of numbness in their limbs, especially hands and feet. I used to get tingly hands when I had a panic attack, which I guess is something similar.

Hope that puts your mind at rest,

Danny xxx
