Demanded On Tests Today.

I went to my Doctor today because I am plagued with anxiety that I could have a brain bleed, high blood pressure, high cholesterol , a brain hemorrhage and colon cancer. He took bloods, which has settled me a bit. I'm NOT going to stress about the results, because it would cripple me if I did. Instead I am going to chill out. He offered me Diazepam, but I refused and have been using Bach Rescue all evening long. I have to go back next week for the results, but I am not fearing the worst. I am, instead, feeling happy that I finally got a full medical check up. This has been haunting me for a long time, but I am delighted I got these tests done today:)

Great job, I did this about a month or so ago. I had all my bloods checked, and had a full physical after. Since then I have been doing ok with my health anxiety for now ... though I also was started on escitalopram, which has helped too.
