well i got this virus on Wednesday and i havent fully recovered yet a few people have had it were i am but it only lasted a like a day or 2 with them ive had it for 4 days witch has put mein a panick thinking havei got somthing seriously wrong with me or is it down to anxiety im not sure went to the doctos she said its just a virus put me on only paracetamol and ibuprofen. witch dident help that much if im honest im not has bad as i was but i wish noone else gets it probly the worst ive ever feltin my life it putmeof work for 3 days :weep::weep:

Viruses can last up to two weeks unfortunately. I had one that lasted about that long this spring, it was rough but you will get better! Just rest, lots of fluids, vitamin c. Hope you feel better

As long as you don't have a high fever you're ok :)
I had that virus too, spent 2 days with a fever and took me a while to fully get over it.
Often after a flu you can still have a mild cold that lasts for ages.
