Hi, i have a heart murmur and have never thought much of it until recently i been getting palpatations and my heart starts racing for no reason, but then it seems to go really slow, i would like to believe its anxiety but it happens even when im not stressed and its really scaring me now, im worried about doing strengous things incase it sets it all off, i have docs on wednesday and i will say to him but just feel they fed up with me as i have been there alot recently not for this though, and to make it worse my husband working away in america and im here alone with 3 kids and worried when i start having these and its just me and them :( x
