Brushing my teeth, I notice a horrible red patch on my tongue.....ORAL CANCER!
ANXIETY OVER LOAD WOAHHHHHH
I'm screaming crying, my boyfriend is crying because he can't calm me down.
Anyway I'm laying in bed, shaking, crying....and I remembered....

This exact spot that was red and sore......is the same place I've been scraping against my teeth for days.....:oopsie:

So I just started laughing, you know, in relief.
My boyfriend went crazy at me as you can imagine.

So yeah, over my lymphoma fear, almost had a oral cancer fear..
God I can't wait to see my doctor tomorrow.

Oral cancer can present as sores, but it'd be a sore that will be there for months.

I've a white patch on the roof of my mouth :/ it's not sore but it's been there a few months! I've also some odd raised white spots on the back of my throat too that have been there for weeks.... I haven't really thought about cancer! Bur I do smoke so it might be an irritated throat but hopefully not cancer lol

I freak out when my throat feels more weird than usual :(
Or some times my eye balls will go numb! I know right how freaking strange is that.

Aw lucky you though having someone to calm you down!
sometimes I can spend hours trying to ignore a certain sensation or symptom, sooo stressful it sucks.
