I have been reading this site for several months but decided to join in only today. I am a 33 year old Mother of two (14 and 11) who has been having panic attacks constantly since 1993, and depression since 1986.
I have tried many different meds. I am currently taking Prozac and Klonopin. The Prozac hasn't kicked in yet, but klonopin has been the only way that I've been able to leave the house for many years. Some days I don't make it out of the house at all.I still get up and try again each day. I look forward to spending time here.

Hi Tammy, You have found a great place to get help and support. These panic attacks really suck. I just woke up again in the middle of the night with one, and hate the way it makes me feel. Anyway welcome.
