Hey.
This will probably seem abit strange to readers. Due to recent work changes I havent actually got a morning per say. The closest thing I can come to a morning is 3am when I get ready for work. However the fact this might be an 'unusual' time to take it is bugging me abit. Kind of crazy to think it might make a difference but it's enough to annoy me abit. Anyone else taken them this kind of times ? Or heard it's not wise.thanks
