IF its not breast cancer what could it be??

I need help and the doctors arnt listening to me. I have had this breast pain for over 9 months it aches and hurts from my armpit to my breast. I cant take it anymore. they say its not cancer and I have had tons of tests but I have had no MRI or breast CT scan. I am tempted to tell them to cut my breast off, no joke. I want answers as to what this could be and I am getting none. I have just had sergery to re open my tubes so I can try for another baby and I should be so excited that it all went well, but i keep thinking its a matter of time before I am dead. I dont know what to do. I am at my witts end though I dont know how much longer I can take this.

I think if it was serious there would have been more symptoms by now. Have you had a mammogram? I am sure the doctor would have sent you for more tests if he thought it could be anything else. It could be muscle strain as that can take a long time to go. :hugs:

I have had a mamogram, chest x ray, needle biopsy, tons of blood work and everything comes back good. But the pain will not go away. I still have a bit of milky dischage when the nipple is squeezed. (sorry for to much info) I guess I could ask my doctor to send that for tests. I had a stillbith at full term 9 months ago. I dont know what to do I just want answers. I am so frusterated.

I am sorry to hear about your still birth, that will have been very distressing. I have had miscarriages and that was difficult enough. The milk often takes a while to go after a pregnancy and as you still have some milk there it could be that you may also have some blocked milk ducts which could cause the pain. I am sure it is nothing serious with all the tests you have had done, they would have shown it. I had a lump once and they did the needle biopsy, blood tests and mammogram and I was told it was just like a cyst so they can tell from these tests if there is anything there. :hugs:

I have pain in my left breast from my armpit to the bottom of the breast it is all on the outside and its constant. I have seen specialists who can find nothing wrong and have put it down to hormones and the joys of being a woman. Its not just around my period, it is all the time. My sister suffers with this too.
I have had many breasts lumps looked at and needle biopsies and my boob is fine. Like Annie said with all the tests you have had i'm sure your fine.

My mum's breast cancer was immediately suspected with an echo. She felt great and didn't have pain at all. On the other hand, generic breast pains are very common. :)

I can't stop crying! I am so scared , it says that ar m pain and shoulder pain mean breast cancer! I need more tests to be sure I am so panicky!! Please if anyone has info on breast cancer better then google please feel free to let me know
