Booked hair appt. for Friday

Can't believe I have booked an appointment for my hair to be cut. I haven't had my hair cut by a professional in 7 years!!! OMG!!!!!! Need to have it done, I look like an old hag tbh, been cutting it myself.

I know how you feel.

I still can't manage to face going into a hairdressers:lac:

I have a hairdresser come to my home to do my hair and it took me ages to be able to face that too.

Good on you hun, it will be lovely for you to be pampered and then have your lovely new style:D

Bring some water, just breathe and remind yourself you're fine :)
Expect to feel some anxiety but remember it will pass.
When you see how nice your hair looks it'll all have been worth it.

I too find it hard to get my hair done! I need to go again soon.
I don't enjoy it n I can feel anxiety but I love how my hair looks afterwards n it helps my confidence!
