I seem to struggle with anxiety for a good part of the day. Certainly as soon as a I get up, then it comes and goes during the day.

I was just wondering whether people have found good routines to help distract etc.

Ie.

Get up very early to adjust in time for work ?
Go to bed early to give plenty of time for rest ?
Regular snacks of certain types ?
Music whilst working ?

Getting up early helps as you don't need to rush.
Try to rehydrate by drinking water, have some good food like eggs for proteine for breakfast.

Multivitamins, magnesium n calcium, magnesium is a natural relaxant and if you are low in magnesium or calcium you can get hear palpitations, b vitamins are very good too as if you are low in them you can be more anxious.

Less caffeine, alcohol,cigerrets :)

Having a bed time routiene helps too, I like to read or listen to the radio.
Bright lights, computer screens can confuse your internal clock and make it harder to wind down and sleep.

Thanks,

Yeah, im addicted to my computer but maybe I need a cut off time.

How is it that people have any idea whether they are low in a particular vitamin ? :) Or is it just a case of supplementing just in case.
