Doctors appointment!!

Today I'm going to the doctors to get some help with my depression and to tell him about my self harm thoughts. I'm feeling very scared xx

You say self harm thoughts so you haven't actually self harmed? Many with anxiety will have these thoughts and I think your doctor will be understanding of it, I hope it goes well for you today :hugs::hugs:
