stupid occupational health today

I no its stupid, but Ive got an appointment today .I stop worrying about going its making me feel awful heart palps shaking ,why carnt I stop its driving me mad the slightest thing today is setting me off ,does anyone else feel like this when they have appointments xxxxxxxxxx:weep:

I do all the time...I am waiting for a letter for an occupational health appointment and I am already getting worried, especially as it is about 30 minutes from home. I hope it goes well for you today, at least if you are anxious today they will see that you are really not well so it could be a positive I guess :hugs:
