Finally getting to see ent

Yay!!!!! My appointment finally came through, I have been suffering awful dizziness for 4 months, I can't wait to go see ent and hopefully get to the bottom of my dizziness, if I can fix that, I know I can beat the panic attacks. Hope you are all good today xxx

I saw one and they found nothing wrong so then I had to accept it was just anxiety.

This is what I am wondering Nicola, if it's anxiety then I will just need to deal with it but at least I will know. My dizziness defo gets worse when I am out in open spaces or shops etc, is yours like that too? X

Oh yes it was worse when I was out and about doing things and I felt like I was going to fall over all the time.

Pleased for you Laura.. sometimes you don't know if the symptoms causing the anxiety or the anxiety causeing the symptoms.. glad your going to get to the bottom of it

I just read about "chronic subjective dizzyness/vertigo" Very interesting. It basically decribes everything about my dizzyness perfectly, i am convinced this is what it is. There was a clinical trial, people like me were treated with sertaline SSRI and 75% of them had great results! For any of you interested let me know and i will post a link to the study i found! xx
