Hi all.

I'm Natalie and I've suffered with generalised anxiety and panic attacks for the past 12 years, I'm now 32. I also had a mild breakdown a couple of years ago.

I've never used a forum or even really spoken to anyone about my issues (apart from my boyfriend) so I don't find this easy

Just hoping to get some advice and support (just knowing I'm not the only one who has these feelings helps
