Hi all
I'm new to this forum.
My anxiety centers mainly around my health (if I'm not on the verge of having a heart attack then I must be having a brain bleed or something)
It doesn't help that I get lots of pains in my head (like someone is stabbing me with an ice pick) or the fact that I get these one off beats in my heart that feel like its trying to get out of my chest one minute and going 10 to the dozen the next. Anyone else get these??:roflmao:
My biggest fear is dying and I can get myself into a right panic if I think about it!
You know I don't even remember what its like not to constantly worry anymore!! :weep:
