Newly diagnosed

Hi all,
recently diagnosed with depression and on day 9 of 20mg of citalopram.Still waking at 3 am every day as I was before starting them and absolutley shattered.Still feel really down and have terrible headaches.Anyone else having same issues?

Welcome to the forums. I didn't sleep well for the first few days either. I really started to see an improvement after about 3 weeks. So keep going and you'll get there eventually!:)
