hi im new here have really bad anxiety i cant eat sleep or conserntrate on my kids i hve a 6yr old and a 4wk old and im just on the last of my tether 1min im ok the next im anxious ans getting panic attacks ive been removed from taking fluoxitine to stereline 50mg help please:weep:

You will receive a lot of support on here. Try to have regular periods of rest and relaxation. Anxiety is tiring enough but you have the additional pressure of caring for your child and new baby too. Be kind to yourself and ask for help whenever you need it. Huge hugs :bighug1:
