this book is amazing, i ve read it 2 years ago, and i m almost fished reading it again. i read 'the happiness trap', than when i finished it and went to put it in my books cabinet, i saw the power of now, and read it , again, it really helps me, especially when i feel a bit low. i know you have read this, but i realluy reccomend these 2 books :winks:
