For months i've been suffering with terrible AIDS anxiety, and brain fog accompanied it and so did fatigue. so i was sure i had it, and just lastnight i was feeling fine and now i wake up and i'm feeling terrible, like i have the flu, i don't understand how i can get that sick overnight, like 8 hours. am i going to die?

No, and this is what doesn't make sense.
Hiv-->aids takes around 10 years, 10-12 actually. and it takes around 4-5 years to became extremely ill after it turns to aids. and i'm 17 years old. so i'd be around 2-4 years old when infected? it makes no sense, but i convince myself i somehow contracted it at 2 years old. i dont know, i'm crying all the time over it.

Health anxiety is awful im suffering really bad at the moment....i can look at your problem rationally and say you are fine...if you are that concerned speak to your gp and explain how you are feeling...just wish I could rationalize how I feel :( xxx

Oh you poor thing - the thinking and worrying about it causes physiological symptoms that make you feel worse (dizzy, heart palpitations etc) - for me I used to be convinced I was going to have a heart attack and ended up in A&E with a rather embarassing case of wind. You need medical reassurance first and foremost so as the others have advised, go to your gp to check it out.

The 'why' it's always on your mind is something separate that I would suggest you try to identify - either by yourself, with a friend, or with a specialist. Only by eliminating these worries will you start to begin to feel better,

Keep strong :bighug1:
