New dose of Cit..back to beginning??

So I have been on Cit 10mg since sep 2nd and today was my 3rd day on 20mg..I have had burning cheeks which I am putting down to the cit..I had this in the first week initially..Will the true effects kick in straight away as I have already been on them for 5 weeks or will it reset now I am on a higher dose? Confused? lol

So basically how long until they should be working to their full potential from this point/will I have the early day side effects again..I imagine yes to that due to new double dose.

Its not like it will reset but it will take a week or so for your body to get used to the higher dose. So hopefully by about 2 weeks on the higher does the side effects will have settled and you will feel some benefits. It may work even sooner then that, its different for everyone.

Stick with it and you should gradually start to feel better.

I had some side effects going from 10 to 20 after being on 10 for a few weeks but it was ok really :) they started about 5 days after the increase
