Cough

I am really frightened because I have a cold (I posted below) and I have Emetophobia fear of being sick, the cold is making me feel rubbish, I have a slight cough and feeling in my throat which is making me feel a bit sick, I get so frightened in case you know.. but I hope I will be okay and nothing bad'll happen, I dunno where else to write this :/ hopefully be okay xx

Are you getting any treatment for the real problem which is the Emetophobia ?

Yes. It has been a big issue from age of four maybe younger. I have been passed from doctor to doctor,therapist to therapist, psychologist to psychologist, to hospital, and I am seeing a CBT therapist and psychotherapist now.
