I took my normal dose today (75mg twice) and right now I'm feeling spaced out like my body isn't real and I'm so upset that I am on the verge of a full blown panic attack. I really don't understand, the these pills were given to me for "Generalized Panic Disorder", but I find that tonight I feel awful and on the verge of calling "D Doc" to sedate me. I know, I know, sedation isn't always the solution, but I feel like I need help right now. I did so good the past few days when I have have cleaned, garden and cooking. Tonight is diifferent though. My chest is tight and I feel like I am trapped. I'm using my spray, but the anxiety is getting the best of me and I'm thinking " OK, let it happen and just accept that death is coming".
