Hi guys just looking for a bit advice. At my previous job I was on the sick for 12 weeks before I was fired for reasons I won't go into, I have since got a new job which I've had around 3 months, my panic / anx has never left during this time, last week I rang & got all my shifts covered, I'm now on 2 weeks holiday! Am back in the same situation where I feel like a cant handle work due to my panic / anxiety, is there any benefits id be entitled to if a wasn't working as I really feel like i can't at the moment...

Any advice would be good thanks

I agree with Fozzy, you really need to speak to the CAB. You would be entitled to ESA but the whole process of applying and having a medical is very stressful and it is essential that your forms are filled out correctly. So again, you'd need to speak to the CAB to get help with this process as the appeal process can take up to 9 months. Best to get it right first time round for the sake of your sanity & financial health. Good luck!
