Every morning I wake up and I have yet more bite marks along the inside of my cheek and I often have teeth marks along my tongue too.
Its as though during sleep I suck in my cheeks and must bite onto them I just dont know what I can do to stop it.
I have TMJ disorder and no amount of mouth guards from the dentist has helped infact they make it worse because I bite down even harder during the night and that makes my jaws hurt even more.
Does anyone else suffer from this?
