Anyone use this? It's an anti-histermine. Not really the answer to anxiety but helps me to cope with my symptoms. I was prescribed it over a year ago but still have some. I took one earlier when I felt very desperate and now feel much calmer, but still weird. I could just sleep now!

hi,i have heard of this.Dont know if it is a good idea mind you!My mother had them for her sneezes etc!I wonder if the medical world know the side effects of them??It may be worth them investigating them as an aid for panic/anxiety!Careful tho as they may be addictive hun.love mary rose.xxxxx

Hi,

My son took atarax for hives and it also made hiim very tired. I've never heard of it being prescribed for anxiety but I guess it would work. He had hives due to an allergic reaction to wool. Hope this helps.
