ok so that is now 11 days on sertraline and this morning i managed a school assembly to see my daughter, i was totally fine, no panic whatsoever, i am delighted, still feel a bit detached and dizzy but i usually dread these kind of things and managed it, so chuffed and my princess waved and smiled the whole way through :) xxx:yahoo:

It was really great. They had a coffee morning after the assembly which I didn't stay for, thought that was perhaps a step too much lol but I enjoyed being there and managed some chat with the other mums. Felt like Neil Armstrong taking my giant leap :) just goes to show, if I can do this, all you guys can too. Xx
