So I went for a small walk today and skipped my afternoon nap. Its 8.20pm
amd my eyes are watering and I have a headache because I feel exhausted! Is this normal? It's making me a little anxious. Silly..but I
can't go to sleep just yet. Do you think this is due to skipping the nap?

Possibly, when you have got used to ia nap. Also you woke early this morning and in an anxious state then you have pushed yourself to achieve something today, which you did with the walk, so I'm not surprised you are tired. hot bath and drink of chamomile tea then to bed even if you just watch tv or read for a while :) xx

Well I have had my bath and am watching another episode of family guy or two. I think 9ish is an ok time to go to sleep! Not long lol. Just got to get my routine back. At least my sleep should be good tonight!! Xx

You are so like me...I look at the clock some nights thinking, should I go to sleep early?...maybe I should try to stay awake till' 9 lol xx

I know lol! I get 9 hours these days so too early and I will be up in the small hours! May fight for 10! Lol xx
