Did I just damage my Jaw? HELP! :(

Hi,

A problem occured today, I was using an Orabrush (Tongue Cleaner) for the first time!
Well, I think I spent an hour cleaning out my tongue, opening and closing my mouth for an hour!
I also have had it open wide till mouth gets tired!

After finishing, I have been noticing, Clicking sound, when I open my mouth and when I stick my tongue out, then again when closing mouth!
Nothing hurts what so ever!

I have recorded the sound, its pretty noticeable!

My question is, did I break it? and Can it be repaired?
Should I go to the docs or dentist?

I really don't think cleaning your mouth for an hour is a good thing. You will make the jaw ache!
