scary anxiety symptom

My name is chris I am 18 years old and for the last 3 years I have been getting these "exploding" sensations in my body that are extremely frightening and they interfere with my everyday life the actual symptom is hard to describe; it's almost like a banging sound and a sensation of pure terror and adrenaline suddenly comes over me and its very fast almost like my pulse wants to escape? it's usually in my head or chest/shoulders I just want to know if anyone else has anything similar to this.

I no what you mean i was relaxing in bed one night it was like a loud bang in my body its hard to explain ,but god it was horrible gp thought it was to do with my anxiety xxxxxxxxxxxx:scared15:

It's called exploding head sndrom.
It's a bit like the sudden jump your body can do while you're falling asleep.
