pain, panic!

Hello, so ive been having pains in my chest,in the middle which i wrote about before, but i havent had that for a few days, well tonight ive started having this pain on/off in my left breast, at the top near my armpit. im still worrying this is my heart, when i see the doctor she done my oxygen levels and pulse rate and said it wasnt my heart and to stop worrying, but i cant! also i started my PMT today (sorry for TMI) cauld this also be something to do with it? thank you.

The breast arm pit pain is hormones.
I get achy pains in that area as well as shooting nerve type pain, sometimes it starts at the collar bone, threw my nipple and down to my rib cage.

The chest pain, hmm I get achy and shap pains too, damn it's scary, especially when it's in the middle where the bones are! As then I can't reasure myself it's just tension or muscle aches :/
Acid/heart burn can cause chest pain!
I've often heard of people going to the ER thinking it was a heart attack only for it to turn out to be heart burn :)
Your doctor has done tests so that's good!
