You have had a mamogram 8 months ago as we'll as an ultrasound, a ct scan for a blood clot in a lung ( not sure if they would spot breast cancer on that) an appointment with a breast specialist who examined me and re sent me for an ultrasound. The lady who gave me the ultrasound said I didn't even have a cyst in my breast she could show me. I have had bloodwork done every month for nine months, I had a needle biopsy and it came back normal. But I still have pain in my right breast. I don't know what to think its so hard to think its nothing when it hurts so bad.

Hi, firstly i'm male but I can relate to your problem in a way, iv'e had terrible pains in the right side of my chest which led me to believe that I have heart disease (totally the wrong side but yano) turns out anxiety was aggravating a pulled muscle, maybe it's the same cause for you, you have had every test for breast cancer known to man, so I would say that this is not causing the pain.

The tests you have had would have shown if it was breast cancer so I wouldn't be worried about it at all.

Thank you so much for your replays. I just am. Silly and think the doctors are all wrong. I have pain in my right arm and shoulder as well as my right breast so I'm worried that if it is cancer then it's getting much bigger. The weard thing is is all my pain is on my right side only. I hope I can get better soon.

They would have seen something suspicious on the first test. This happened with my mom last year (now she's okay, fyi :) )

Hi lisak789,
I had pain in my breast and was convinced it was serious, had a mammogram, was fine, also had a 'thermogram' this is a thermal image of your breasts and can detect cancer early on, what you could have is fybrocysistic disease. Unfortunately thermal imaging for breast cancer is not available on the NHS, but worth checking out, does not give off radiation like mammograms. Hope you find the reason for your pain.
