to be honest as soon as i open my eyes i am aware of all the tension in mt whole body even my jawmy back aches from top to bottom my legs feel like i ave been out dancing all night i wish as i am agraphobic even my eyes ache they are so dry all the time i no i am 57 and will have a few aches now and then but it happens all the time a friend of my daughter as bone cancer and now i am thinking is this what i have making me feel worse i feel sick with fright so never hungry i no uyou will say go to doctors being agraphobic i can not go and you feel a fool askin them to come out to see you as they make you feel guilty for even askin not had a proper check up in years just wish i could find some peace and relax but i cant i tell you i am that tense even my finger hurt any one else have these probs take care all trish xx
