Hi guys, my ibs has been horrid this weekend feeling constantly sick! It's been waking me in the night but would prefer not to pump myself full of medicine xx

Aloe vera juice is good, you can get it from Boots.
Also Dr Chris was on This Morning talking about a new product. I have bought some but have not started to use it yet. It is called Symprove Probiotic
