Hello everyone, I have had this symptom for a couple of years, it's usually much worse with panic attacks. It's like a banging and with it comes a wave of terror through my body and head, it's quite disturbing sometimes it feels like I could explode and it has the same rhythm as my heart beat..anyone else experience this?
