spent over half my life panicing

Hi, I'm jessica I'm 26 f from texas I live in a small quit town. I have been living in a panic ever since I can remember. When I was 13years old I couldn't take it anymore so I went to the doctor and got go some meds. Now here I am 26 with two kids fighting a almost losing battle. I panic from when I wake up till I fall asleep. And to make it worst of the pass 3years I have made myself have so really bad health anxiety. It feels like I'm going to drop dead any min. Its time for me to brake free I need help NO MORE PANIC plz help me!!!!!

Yes I'm taking xanax and citalopram. Just don't feel like its helping

Perhaps they are not the right medication for you or you need an increase. I would go back to your doctor xx

Thanks but I have tried so much meds. I feel like there is no meds that is right for me....
