Does anyone else ever get a stressy belly ache? By that I am mean that you have this mild but irritating pulling feeling in your stomach and it's also a bit sore. I wouldn't mind betting that mine was down to stressing over work and fuelled further by my health anxiety...of course a mild belly ache should be nothing to be concerned about, but in my head it's everything terrible imaginable! Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this annoying pain? Thanks in advance!
