hi to all you sufferers of this anxiety related condition
i know exactly how you all feel i never felt more like i was going mad than when i had this
the checking the counting the rituals the unwanted thoughts etc
you know how i beat this ? by doing the same as i am doing now for my panic attacks and anxiety-i challenged every neg thought and image resisted the compulsions took ads and slowly was free
dont get me wrong i still have little urges now and then but i just ignore them they mean nothing to me now-since ive had panic/anxiety i have realised that they are all anxiety based and i will beat this down exactly the same way.
the same methods work its just a case of relearning your brain and knowing that all the information and images you recieve at the moment is not real- therefore its a lie dont believe it.
