I'm 41 years old and the past 4 years I've been feeling so much more nervous and fatigued. It's now worse. I wake up in the morning and 60 minutes later I feel exhausted in my eyes and head. I have had blood work and urine test but they say I'm normal.
I've tested my blood sugar and it falls in the normal range. i feel this fatigued feeling all day long and only feel better if I go for a walk. Is this depression?
I've noticed that alot. Is this all in my head? I feel I need to eat more also.
But yet my blood sugar seems normal. I always feel more tired from the shoulders up. A cloudy and tired feeling in my head all day. Thanks.
