Chest pains.

Today while in lesson I got this horrible pain in my chest directly after the teacher asked me a question (probably due to social anxiety). It was like my heart beat went really strong for a few seconds, so much so it hurt. This has happened to me once before in the same class. I'm really worrying about it.

I've had an echocardiogram done about half a year ago with a few ecgs, and all came back fine.

Is it just a form of heart thud or palpitation and nothing to worry about?
