Hi to all, new here. Suffering very badly with anxiety. Came off valium a year ago as i became addicted to them. Have had major panic attacks since then but effexor and serequel have stoppedthem and i am left with the feeling of just going to panic every minute of the day. Cbt has not helped. Physicaly and mentaly i am drained. Can anyone help Please

You say your panic attacks have stopped yet you feel like your going to have one. If you really think about it, is it... feeling your going to have one or... thinking your going to have one? x
