Hi there, firstly I hope youre doing good today, secondly we all get these racing thoughts, some people can just let them go while others like us start to worry about them. They are just thoughts and beleive me we all get ones we are not comfortable with.
I know it will take some practise, but just try to take a deep breath, smile and let them drift by, they have less impact when we don't take them seriously and realise it they are just fleeting thoughts.
