Right i have upped my tablets of citalopram from 10mg to 20mg but my heart is pounding i feel sick and dizzy all the time and really bad head! Also ive got back and neck pain. Will these symptoms die down? If so how long ? Im tired of feeling like this and just want to be free from these feelings ! My tablets were upped because i needed that little extra to help me through. I also read that taking my tablets at night may help?
