Just wanted to say a quick hello. I'm fairly new here, but I've found the site to be really helpful and you all seem like a really friendly bunch.
I've been panicking for about 3 years now on and off and am currently taking Paroxitine to alleviate the symptoms, which I find really helps.
I did manage about 6 months off the meds and panic free, but Ive had a bit of a tough year having been made redundant, relocated from England to Ireland with my job, split up with my boyfriend and lost my Nan...things seem to have got on top of me again.
But..I'm slowly getting there, as well as re-starting the meds, Im trying to make some positive changes. Its hard going and sometimes I still feel like I'm going crazy, but I know I'll get there in the end. I'm so glad I've found this site-I think it'll be a lifesaver for me during the dark times.
